The content is updated on the website of the Public Health and Occupational Health Institute of Navarra (ISPLN), including recommendations for the general population and vulnerable groups.
The “National Plan for Preventive Actions against the Effects of Excessive Temperatures on Health” is launched, active until September 30. This year, the Ministry has updated the threshold temperature for all regions and the alert system. The maximum threshold temperature established for Navarra is 34°C.
Three risk levels are maintained, calculated based on an algorithm that considers only the maximum temperature. Level 0 green alert, no alert; Level 1 yellow, low-risk alert; Level 2 orange, medium-risk alert; and Level 3 red, high-risk alert.
