Commonwealth of Valdizarbe
The Commonwealth of Valdizarbe is a local entity formed by 13 municipalities serving approximately 12,500 people, with its headquarters located in Puente la Reina-Gares.
The entity is governed by the General Assembly and consists of representatives from the municipalities that belong to the Commonwealth: Artajona, Artazu, Berbinzana, Cirauqui, Larraga, Mañeru, Mendigorría, Miranda de Arga, Obanos, Puente la Reina, Salinas de Oro, Valle de Guesalaz, Echarren de Guirguillano and Guirguillano.

Services
It was established in 1999 with the aim of providing the following services:
• Water supply, sanitation, and purification (Integrated Water Cycle), as well as the maintenance and improvement of the infrastructure that supports it.
• Collection, transportation, and treatment of urban solid waste (RSU).
• Environmental education and awareness.
